SOLD: Surly Ogre XL Complete; Hope, Shimano XT, Thomson, Jones etc

Hello!

Another bike bought just before Lockdown that I didn't manage to get the intended use out of.

Collection from SE or Central London.

Looking to sell for £1000 (really good bike spec for the price!)

I'll clean the bike and get some nice photos done if there's any interest. (Those crappy little flaps aren't on the bike anymore and the headset spacers are purple now and not black.)

Spec as follows:

Surly Ogre XL
Hope headset
Hope bottom bracket
Hope seatpost collar
Wheels are Hope hubs to Stans (will need to check rim model) with Maxxis Ardent tyres.
Thomson layback seatpost
Thomson 110mm X4 stem
Jones Loop bars
Shimano Saint flat pedals.
ODI super long grips
Fizik Saddle
Full Shimano XT hydro groupset

I also have the Surly 24-Pack Rack and porter bag that I'll include( excellent condition).

I'm 6ft2 and ride the bike as pictured with 40mm spacers under the stem and an 83cm saddle height (centre of BB to top of saddle).

This used to be long to me and I built it up from new.

I sold it for the same price three years ago, so I guess if @Onmybikeondrugs hasn’t used it that much as they say then the price is fair.

I did the Badger Divide on it a few times and that was pretty much it.

Edit: just re-read my post and to clarify: I agree that it’s a good price considering how much more expensive components, framesets etc are.

Would love to but it back but sadly no need of it anymore.
