Looks like an ideal option as the top strut clamps around the seat post? Easy to remove when not needed too!

631 equilibrium disc, no rack mounts on the seat stays. Has anyone faced this? Got a mate trying to set up commuter. 3 options I can see
1) framebuilder to braze some on 2) seat collar with rack mounts 3) some kind of rack which for a bike without the mounts
