I don't think so. it has been one of the first fast lines in the country.
to TER it you must take other/slower routes. maybe towards boulogne then amiens, then paris, as suggested.a friend did calais paris twice with a bag, he managed to find something light enough, but you must have one between Lille and paris
The TER from calais to lille, you shoudl be able to take a train without bike booking, with bike hooks.
the Lille-Paris requires a bag and a booking as it will be a TGV.
i am not suprised the online booking doesn't return an option as those TER trains might not take bookings at all.
The best crossing one can do it Newhaven-Dieppe. you can TER it to Paris with a changeover in Rouen.
