the £35 I had with Virgin for their 1Gb is now £42, and will be morelike £60 from next month when I'm out of contract, so it'll still end up cheaper even if it does go up a bit

Yeah don't get me wrong they're still the best option for us, and most likely you too, just don't appreciate the sneaky shit. The product is great.

I'm over £60/month with Virgin after minimising TV package and adding loyalty discounts.
I asked about removing TV package and their broadband only is the same price, ie. they penalise you for not taking their whole package. So, fuck them.

Just bear in mind it won't really be £25.
I signed up to Community Fibre at the end of September on what was supposed to be a 24 month contract for 'half price' 1Gb (£50 down to £25). On the 1st April they put my bill up by 13% to £28.25, so I got exactly six months out of 24 at the advertised rate.
Apparently the £25 is for brand new customers only.
