I only did the chat function but they said they don't see declined transactions. I will call them tomorrow when the phone lines of the shop are open too.

Cool, no idea about the appliance centre but I just checked their website and it looks way too nice for a scam website, they show up on street view as well.

Turns out my location from my laptop was showing up as Canada for the payment processor, it does work from my phone. When I called the shop they knew straight away what the issue was.
