Fully Charged are ok, they're been quite helpful with our UAs at work. They're not the easiest to get hold of or the most communicative though. For what it's worth, I manage our fleet of Urban Arrows at work and they're brilliant. Even lugging a trailer and weighing 200kg+, they need so little maintenance. I've got absolutely no experience with the Load75 so probably not that helpful as a comparison though!

I like urban arrow too. Personally I would invest the money saved in upgrading a cheaper bike (ie UA) with Rohloff or something rather than buying a premium bike with enviolo.
