Looks good, just realised that's the new home my old cranks and chainring went to! Appropriately enough as their previous life was also on an On One 😁

Excellent !

Steady progress, including rack and bell on. Have also put on a big 11-40 cassette on which the LBS suggested my mech should take, but it fouls on the biggest ring. Would a mech hanger extender be my friend here?

Looks like it needs the higher a-c fork no?
Nifty rack bodging with the mounts on the inside of the dropouts!
Also, yeah, just screw that mf b-screw right in.
