Surely they’d include any reference to ‘Tory scum’ so they could retrospectively go after Angela Rayner?

They'd have no comeback in the house. Parliamentary privilege and all that.

I can see them pushing some really ropey legislation that labour then use against them.

Not sure if Angela Rayner said it in the HoP (she would be censured) but she’s definitely said it outside of Parliament
