We have one of the slightly more expensive sister models Siemens SN85TX00CE, pretty good but the touch buttons can be a bit laggy. Another issue is, it kinda smells after the 'drying cycle' when it first pops the door, even after a year of daily use.
The Miele outlet (this thread should have the link somewhere) seems to have few integrated options at the same price point (at B2 grade, we have a B2 dryer it was practically perfect) you might want to give that a go instead.
Your main issue with getting an integrated dishwasher will be the cabinetry. Make sure you can get the cabinet doors in the same colour... I found ours at eBay, still not 100% but pretty close. Our plinth (had to be replaced to be a single piece) is a completely different white though, but I think it's aged a little bit since and not that noticable. (if you're replacing an already integrated dishwasher so planning to reuse the 'slab', I would double check the dimensions are exact and mounting holes wouldn't clash... but not sure how to do that second thing without taking it off first...)
