Yeah good point, might be a bad place to put leverage.
Maybe look around SJS rack spares to see if they sell some fittings that 'convert' to a single bolt fitting so that you can mount it on the caliper bolt? I can't tell from the pic, but can you run just a bent flat bracket thing? Not sure how to articulate, but just a simple flat plate that attaches to the caliper bolt, bends over the caliper, and has a few bolt holes, one of which attaches to the bottom of the rack platform?

Thanks, looks like it needs a 'custom' solution. Not sure why Genesis bothered putting a mount there if you can't use it. Just a tick box exercise to say it's 'rack compatible' I guess.

Going to have to be 20 mm or so. That's a lot of washers. Would it be stable with a load on the rack?
