You'll need some ISIS M15x1 crank bolts. Should be fairly easy to find.

Got a pair of challenge chicanes 33c in my parts bin that were near new off a customers bike if you want them +£4 postage.

Good choice of Allen keys.

How does it ride? Any appreciable difference to just fitting a larger, squishier tyre?

Only taken it out for a quick spin but it does seem to dampen a bit of road buzz. The wheels are 20 inch and east London side roads don't get a load of resurfacing love.
Next job is to replace the melted rubber lump that used to be a grip shift handle. I'm picking up a 3d printed one tomorrow hopefully

I've got SRAM Red 11 group on a bike I bought used. Now I want to fit 4 bolt cranks. Do I need chainrings compatible with Shimano road 11 speed? What's the thickness of the teeth? I don't know what the chain is but it shifts well so I assume it's 11 speed.

Y tho?
Don't worry about the thickness of the teeth, buy 11 speed rings and they'll be fine. -

Because I happened upon a cheap scratched THM Clavicula on ebay. It came with new carbon rings, still in their packets. Haven't decided whether to fit them for a giggle or sell them. I haven't measured their thickness yet, but I imagine they'll wear even faster than normal with a too-wide chain?

I have no experience but carbon does not do well in areas of wear. Which is why people like Carbon-ti and Rotor make carbon chainrings with aluminium teeth

Mine are all carbon. Even the previous owner of the crankset must have decided they were pointless. I suppose they're a talking point on a show bike, but that's it.

A friend swears by them, but it’s on a TT bike and only does 25miles 6 x a year or so.

Hey everyone
So my rs reverb is stuck in my giant anthem advanced (carbon). Tried twisting it out with force but no luck
Idc about the dropper, so I'm thinking of using caustic soda. Does it affect the resin that binds the fibres?
Dont really want to send the frame off anywhere and i aint got a vice

Bonkers. High praise for fixing that!

• #4871
Wow. What does he like about them, apart from the low weight? (Which hardly seems important for a 25 mile TT.)

Super glue for rubber and worms

Would a double crankset with a 51.5mm chainline work with with a 148mm boost spaced hub running 10 speed?
I have only ever had road cranks and 135mm hubs so this is new to me.
Hi. I just bought this crankset but it didn't come with the 2 crank bolts. Anyone know which ones I need to buy? I've only ever used square tape BBs. I'm in Australia if anyone has any links.
Thank you kindly.
