Can you appeal the return in the resolution centre? It isn't defective if it is as described..

That’s the problem you can’t, it’s another lose lose on eBay. Have to accept the return and offer refund once back.

I’ve been fucked over in the exact same when when I listed as spares and repairs and the buyer clearly decided they just didn’t want it and I had to pay shipping to return. EBay were totally fucking useless.

I’ve said so many times that I’ll boycott them :(
