I’ve always had good experiences phoning eBay and explaining the situation. Most of what goes on with return and disputes seems to be completely automated.
Yeah I basically have to accept the return and pay the shipping because of the way they elected its defective.
The person bought something at a risk for 10 percent of what they go for working and obvs knew that.
Ebay becoming such a waste of time.
We've had similar on our business account.
Broken di2 mech, not working, so just for cage.
Buyer returns it as it is not working, we pay shipping both days.
