These are great, the stainless steel pot is the best bit. Also in my opinion the best way to cook brocoli is the pressure cook for 1 second. Trust me, flavoursome warm and crunchy.
Also brilliant easy risottos too.

I think I bought it during Covid so I guess I got it about 3 years ago. Upgraded to one with a built in air fryer a while ago though so hasn't been that heavily used.

Looking to move on this Instant Pot as I've upgraded to one that also does air frying and roasting. Does Pressure Cooker, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Sauté Pan, Yoghurt Maker, Steamer and Food Warmer.
I mainly used it for pressure cooking (and saute at the start of cooking) which it is very good for compared to faffing with a pan on the hob and trying not to blow your kitchen up. The sealing ring has a bit of a curry smell to it (they seem to develop this almost instantly) but not noticeable when you're cooking and you can get replacements for a few quid.
Looks to be £90 new so about £40 seems reasonable. I'll add some pictures if there's any interest but it's in good condition.
It's a bit bulky and heavy so no posting. I'm based either round Turnpike Lane or Warren Street although can probably travel a bit from those.
