As a Newcastle fan, I can confirm that this is true. St Maximin is reportedly going to Al-Ahli, another PIF owned club. I'm really interested to see how much they pay for him, I bet the deal is massively overvalued.
There needs to be a whole sale rule change. It was bad enough with 'feeder clubs' when i was a kid, but now it is ridiculous.
