I wish the black powder was a bit less gritty, so I might try this.
Banana only adds 70-100 extra calories, so 500 calories for a meal replacement is still pretty good.With a medium banana:
41g protein
44g carbs
17g fat
9.7g fibreI've got some bags of strawberries and cream left, so not sure how that will taste with a banana blended in.
Vanilla Huel Black powder with a banana thrown in (obviously use a blender). The banana obviously adds cals, sugar etc, but reduces the artificial taste significantly.
