For me, I'd like a half length zip to vent it. Plus long sleeves. Beyond that most brands are good. The mountain brands generally get it right. I made my own in the end. Also go light colours to reduce radiation absorption, really makes a difference.
I've had some Montane primino ones for years and done well. Rab do some. 120/140g/M2 is good area. But neither are light colours.
Rapha merino mesh is good for super hot weather. But not long sleeved.
