Motorcycle and Scooter appreciation

Not entirely sure what the big fuss is here, and please correct me if I’m mistaken, but most of the changes are to a tiny area of the Shoreditch area (zone B). The changes also reflect what most of the other London boroughs charge relative to location and zoning.

I’m all for the proposed idea that bikes are fundamentally better than 2/3 ton vehicles, but some of their quoted stuff is false no? They say commuters can’t park anywhere else, but on the Hackney site they link it says you can park anywhere outside of Zone B for free.
