Where are you based? In SE London I can recommend The Watch Polisher in E. Dulwich. They will swap batteries and do a case pressure test for very reasonable fee.

His table is quite well protected from that food

That is the sign that the battery is low, yes.
I personally would give it to Seiko / GS. I don’t think they’ll charge you silly money (relative to what it’s worth) and you want someone that knows what it is and isn’t careless with it.
Assuming it’s 100m water resistant they will also check the caseback seal which will maintain any warranty.

Yep. It’s protein o’clock

Buzz clearly gets good flow from Omega (as indeed he should). The new Marstimer X-33 and the Apollo XI special edition (with the picture of his arse climbing down from the lander module in the sub seconds register) on the one wrist there.

Buzz eats like Arnie, putting away some serious cals and shredding 💪

I think he’s got that doubled up pair on his right wrist.

Eating from a shallow aquarium, most odd. However, hero so allowed.

Looks a bit murky for trout?
-
• #73144
Looks it but actually quite productive for them (not tonight, missed 4 not concentrating). Think it’s a bit murky because of all the rain yesterday. Was much deeper than usual

I had been looking at those mark 2's at a local shop that had them for sale a few years ago, there was one with orange in it which was quite nice but I found them way too thick

Whereabouts if you don’t mind sorry for thread derail, Wandle is a few miles from me never fished it weirdly…
-
• #73147
Yeah they did a racing dial one, also a reissue in the 2010’s I think, yes too thick and top heavy for me which was a shame. I went for a moonwatch in the end which is much more comfortable

I guess my next question is does anyone know anywhere in Cambridge/Leicester I can take the watch? or should I post it to GS in Maidenhead... Unless there's somewhere reasonably central/north in London that could do it whilst I wait.
I wouldn't take it to Timpson's, but it definitely doesn't 'need' to go to Seiko. Just any half decent watchmaker.
