I'm not sure, but it was one of the smaller JV riders, and that's only really Kuss and Vingegaard (and it obviously wasn't him). Van Hooydonck definitely went down hard.
I'm pretty sure it was Kuss, unfortunately. He has a bloody shoulder/elbow apparently.
Hope he's ok, not good for JV if he's not.
