What about that Tektro "power hanger" above?
Again, loads of people have taken the chatter out of their cantilevers with fork crown cable stops, but on your particular fork you're going to compromise the stiffness by spacing it forward to clear the rebate in the front of the crown. Since you aren't trying to clear huge tyres and mudguards, mini-V brakes will work and are the better option.

Also the cheaper option in this case. Ok, I'll wait until I have a mini-v in my hot little hands and take that to the LBS to put them out of their misery. Spanks.
