Maybe? On inspection, they look closer to 420/425 as you say.
I’ve always ran them as suspension corrected forks on various hardtail frames designed for 100mm suspension.

should be 430/440 for doing that, no? hard to tell in the photo where you're measuring from at the crown, should be the shoulder where the headset race sits? (looks maybe slightly lower but maybe just photo angle...)

Forks should be 425 a-c I reckon
