Cube website says 28c max but seeing a lot for sale second hand with 32c.
By EU regulation, a bike has to have 4mm clearance around the tyres. That means anything sold with 28s as original equipment or represented as suitable for such will take 32s or even 35s, but with dangerously small clearance for any gravel picked up in the treads. If it would safely clear 32s, Cube would say so, they're not going to undersell their product.
Does anyone have a Cube Attain GTC?
Looking to buy one and want to know if 32c tyres will fit with ok clearance for light gravel. Cube website says 28c max but seeing a lot for sale second hand with 32c.
