As long as your fork doesn't have a carbon integrated crown race. Nothing you can do in that case

There's a circular metal thing that looks like a crown race that's already been installed, so that's a good sign!

I use a stainless steel note clip.
If your key is a flat Yale type, you could probably get away with that.
