According to the internet 4 watts at 40kmh improvement on a 28c tyre, crucially at the same pressure as the equivalent 25c.
Probably negated by the worse aero, at least on the front, as you say.Run them at a lower pressure and get some more comfort for no rolling resistance reduction sure, but noticeable increase in speed? Nah
