Got an outdoor wok burner. It bangs.

First recipe from Kenji also slaps. Just need to weld a handle onto the big 45cm wok and we’re in business.

Yeah paella would be good. Also opens up deep frying and even smoking (wood chips in a screaming hot wok, mesh above and lid on). Think I’ll have to build a garden kitchen at this rate.
