Depending on service history and when you purchased the car and mileage there's a possibility of a goodwill repair if it turns out to be a major issue... Maybe. In aus the pugs and citroens with the puretec 1.2 triple had many technical service bulletins that covered your issues. New timing belt kits and sometimes new engines. I believe in the UK they had a similar recall to fix the faulty parts before they became an issue. Worth checking if your VIN is in that range.
I've just been back to ECP and exchanged the wrong plug for the correct one. Replaced it in the car and the one I removed was broken. So the car now seems to idling much better - not had a chance to drive it yet.
I'm still seeing the same error codes on the scanner though. Probably a massively n00b question, but if I delete the codes, if the error is still present will the code appear again when I rescan?
