now i have all of our walls stripped back as much as possible i'm planning on the following...
sand and sugar soap all walls
hit the walls that have chipped paint patches that would be too hard to remove from the whole wall with zinsser peel stop over all patches where the paint layer is broken to lock it down as much as possible
prime all the walls with zinsser 123+ because it's an old house which has had spots of mould under the existing wallpaper
lining paper (1400gsm) over all the walls because the walls are not flat and there's 100% gonna be cracks appearing at some point.
prime *
paint with desired paint for final finish.
any suggestions for a decent bulk primer for going over the lining paper, we have 6 rooms to do so are gonna need a decent amount so trying to find best balance between cost and finish.
