Either normal two pane slide fold outward opening - or you could look at tilt turn french door set (rationale do this) - which would give you the ability to ventilate without opening everything up.
You do see those asymmetric pivot doors on projects but sounds like a really bad idea to me if you are planning benches either side - the pane will swing across surfaces you (or things) are sitting on. Recipe for squashed kids
