they're all similar, do some base runs and then do some faster running is the mix.
I used run fastr and got down to <20. Once. that's all that's needed right?
Does anyone have a recommended 5k plan for someone who runs 4 times a week (15-20 miles in total) and would like do so sub 22 (previous best 22:47 a couple of months ago). Thanks!
