I was using a mini mattock so i could only get down to 45cm as that was as low as i could swing it but i have a full size one coming today so i'm digging it down to 60cm when the weather stops being shit again so the trench will be open for a bit
I also have 5m of this coming to cover the cable in the trench before I fill it in. https://www.superlecdirect.com/cable-accessories/hazard-warnings/4012-centriforce-stokbord-cable-protection-tile-cw-pegs/
but I just want something that will be immediately visible above ground to indicate where it is and not fade or get easily damaged.
probably easier to have them engraved on etsy or something I guess
I'm guessing most electricians these days have a portable label printer that produces labels that don't fade.
Id hazard a guess they dont.
And they leave the label backing on the floor??? Just a guess😂
