    I had a rupture 13 years ago.

    My leg was really tight and had been noticing that tightness and a weirdness about how my Achilles felt. I was in the taper for a marathon and should have gone to see a physio. Im sure they would have said your not stretching properly (i clearly wasn't).

    Jumped fr a header playing football and it went.

    go and see someone to have a look and show you the degree to which you should be stretching and the special moves to do it.
