Is it worth dropping them an email to see if they'll do you an exception for a while whilst you get everything up and running with small runs that will hopefully lead to bigger runs in the future? Sometimes there's nice people at the other end of big distributors.

personally I still use your OG clip every day, and can't fault the quality at all,.
