• Making potential customers pay to recieve unsolicited mail is an interesting way to go about introducing your services.

  • I just checked my paperwork - one of the unsolicited quotes I got was from the same company as you with the same Tel number but they were calling themselves advanced extensions limited in 2021 and they had a different address. One possible explanation is that they phoenix their company every year after diddling clients and doing a bunk then rename and rebrand. They at least did me the kindness of paying for the totality of the postage on their quote.

  • Was gonna email asking for my £2.50 back, just out of principle. Sounds like that might be a bit pointless and I'd rather not divulge more of my details than they already have.

    Maybe I should send a reply (A4, unfolded) in the post and forget to put a stamp on.
