Eurosport worked for me last year when I went to France, though I was restricted to French commentary (blessing in disguise, tbh).

Yes, you have to pay extra for a Eurosport subscription through Prime, and it’s on there.

None off the top of my head, but I reckon lots of the PMU (betting shop) bars will be showing it. It's a bit like the World Cup in that most bars with a TV will have it on.
