Android app is a bit clunky, it doesn't work when I'm traveling, the discovery+ sport package thing didn't manage to apply last year and I ended up paying 6 months without ever getting it working (so didn't see anything of the tour). If I could directly pay for Eurosport I'd do it and would figure out how to stream it from home to wherever I'm traveling, but since it went discovery I've actually not watched the tour 🤷

I’ve had no issues with discovery+ on iOS/Apple TV, but I realise that doesn’t help you… can you try through a web browser if the android app is clunky?

i believe tiz-cycling.io does live streams, and always uploads the full race afterwards. your next best option is to sign up for the peacock app (nbc). its like $5 a month, and you can cancel at any time. i buy it for the tour and cancel it afterwards.
