I am pretty sure I have both of those, left over from acquiring a 9sp groupset from here, and have been thinking about moving them on. Just about to head away for a few days, can update ~Fri 7th if you have not found anything by then, but meanwhile the orig post is here: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/337780/ and the bar ends, brake levers and crosstops are all unused at the moment (crosstops did get a bit of use in between then and now)
