The rear a 32 fixed/fixed hub is £40 and only in a 32.
There are 2 cheap 700 rims, for disc brakes too https://www.condorcycles.com/collections/rims/products/condor-uno-deep-v-rim?variant=36248080522 at £8 as Im thinking to buy a few with the hubs to teach people wheel building
