Unifi stuff is more complicated than average to set up (although it is getting better) but tends to be fine once it is set up and left alone (although adding new stuff/updating software is a gamble between easy and massively annoying). Saying that my Unifi router has gone tits up and needs replacing so failure can be pretty catastrophic.
Deco stuff seems to get good reviews on here and I'm semi-pondering switching myself
My two Asus XT8's gives me nothing but issues. Keeps disconnecting, gets stuck in reboot-loops, etc etc. I've had it.
Google tells me Unifi, but a sales guy I just spoke to suggests TP Deco X60. https://www.tp-link.com/se/home-networking/deco/deco-x60/
Unifi setup would be Dream Router with an access point cabled + a repeater. Sales guy says it's overy complicated for what I need, esp as I can't be arsed with complex setups and managing stuff when issues occurs
Any pointers?
