I have 4R (aka NH35/36) and 6R movements that are that accurate or even better. It's just the luck of the draw.

Good to know I'm actually having a bit of luck then! Although slightly disappointed I didn't get an even more accurate one, lolz.

Don't get cocky, I had a 6R that was within 1.5 seconds a day and then one day for no apparent reason it started running -45!
