not got another track race yet, though planning on doing some.
I was looking at the SALs in July, but the fixture clashes with Asics 10k that I'm already signed up for. Will do Assembly League next week too as that's very local, so a few chances to get some racing in - I'm normally good at sticking to training but lousy at signing up to races.
