The question is whether one Russian gangster murdering another is funny while both of them are engaged in murdering innocent bystanders. I think it is, what I know about Ukrainians suggests that many (probably a very large majority) would agree. You're going to need to step up the bad taste way more than that even to reach the level put out by their state broadcaster for external audiences
