I'm normally setting fire to things with my eyes when working on bikes and I've been known to use a screwdriver to do it. Sounds unlucky. Or maybe I'm just fucking magic. Who knows.

I too have used a big blunt screwdriver, but was gentle and slowly wiggled them back, they just hulled it in there and pulled it back and forth in way under a second. They said it never happened before and that’s how they always did it.
Oh and ref using the same rotors and cassette on my different wheelsets. One of the reasons is because I’m cheap… -

It’s a gravel bike, it go on the road, and sometime off.
The biggest CONS is that you can’t use it on the velodrome for the hour record.
If geometry work for you, go nuts.
