You've put me to shame, I've got all the parts, just not got round to building it yet.
I've mainly been installing and removing headset, the first two (king & Hope) the top bearing cover was so snug on the fork steerer I could hardly move it with out the help of a rubber mallet, which isn't ideal in the circumstances. I've now fitted a cheap Ritchey one which is better but still not easy, but it can be done by hand at least.
