but that's my point. Isn't Prigozhin annoyed at how the war with Ukraine is being run (ie not well for Russia). What makes people think he wants Russia to pull out of Ukraine? Is there not a chance he wants them to double down on the war?

Prigohzin has said Russia will be able to mount a proper Ukrainian offensive and raise Russia up to where it should be in the war if he can over throw the corrupt officials in the MoD

If this coup gets Russia out of Ukraine it will be better for a lot of people. Better for Ukraine and better for the conscript Russians.
Looks better for everyone in Belarus too.
