Maybe not quite what you want but I have a Supernova E3 Pure 3 that I’ve replaced with something a bit brighter going spare if you don’t mind second hand? Front and rear going, was used on my Brompton for a number of years but at least three of those were covid affected so didn’t get used for commuting much!
Otherwise AXA (Blueline?) used to get reasonable reviews for cheap but better than cheerful lights
