• So last update in here was 3 months ago and weight loss had been pretty inconsistent, as below

    81.1kg > 79.1kg > 78.9kg > 77.9kg > 78.9kg > 79.8kg > 78.9kg > 3 week gap > 77kg

    But now 3 months later down to 75.3kg, with the general trend for the last couple of weeks being down somewhere around 76. Was always planning on a slow burn weight loss over the year rather than anything dramatic, but pleased to have finally got things properly and steadily heading in the right direction.

    Cutting out eating at home past 7:30 has been a real game changer. Obviously have broken that a couple of times when tipsy or with guests or whatever, but as a general day to day rule it does keep away a lot of the mindless grazing that was piling calories on towards the end of the day.
