Ta! It is actually some rather nice stainless steel 5mm capillary tubes @Tijmen gave me. I normally use brass tubes, stainless is much tougher and allows me to do crazy stuff

There's a lot of framebuilder's work out there that looks like it's done with the bum

This thing is getting zero use so up for grabs. I'd like £860 for frame, steel forks and framebag + shipping. Happy to negotiate modifications or packages with components etc.

Last night I went for a 70km ride with my regular riding partner and a friend I haven't seen for a year. The weather was amazing and I manage to plan a messy but lovely route West of Aarhus with loads of sweet gravel stretches. I went to bed around midnight and this morning my soon 37yo body is just shit. I feel like molten mozzarella. Riding to work this morning won't be easy 😃 but it was totally worth the effort.

Along on the ride was my friend Janus. I haven't really seen him in a while, but he brought along his freshly painted bike with some forks I built him a year ago. Very sweet little bike.

Note to self: make protruding angled bits slightly shorter on segmented fork crowns. It will look better.

West of Aarhus looks fun, and being the right side of 37 is just a memory for many people now.

Finished brazing everything up today and expect finishing everything on Monday.
