They haven't changed their quarter turn mount in years so I guess "yes" is the answer.
If you want to get finicky though, the newer computers do include an out front version of this as well as the older "two rubber bands" version.

Does the 1030 Plus use the same mounts as the 800?
It does, but because it's a lot bigger it may not fit on some on front mounts which will work with an 800. For example, it won't work on the standard K-Edge front mount - you need the XL version for the 1030/1030+.
