Well, I've risked just booking as a large hold bag. The case is well within the required dimensions and the current weight is 15kg, that's with wheels, fame, fork, chainset and handle bars and shifts. So hopefully once I've added the mech, chain, peddles, seatpost, shoes and some cloths it'll be about the limit of 20kgs.
Still cost £119 return and £11 extra for each 1kg over the 20kg.
